Jasper P. Sluijs is a media and telecommunications analyst. He currently is a PhD candidate at Tilburg Law and Economics Center.

      Previously, Jasper worked as a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, and was a research fellow with America’s leading media reform organization Free Press in Washington, DC. He also was a Fulbright fellow at Georgia Institute of Technology.

       His research interests include cyberlaw, telecommunications policy, law and technology, experimental law and economics and freedom of expression.
